Uganda’s incumbent president Yoweri Museveni won presidential election with 58.64 percent of votes, the country’s electoral body said on Saturday. 

The President-elect of the Republic of Uganda is Yoweri T. Kaguta Museveni. Museveni has won with 5,851,037 which is 58.64%/.Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu comes second with 3,475,298 which is 34.83%

The National Unity Platform ,Bobi Wine’s party has 56 MPs elected in Parliament, the biggest number of opposition members in Parliament. This gives the party the privilege to elect the next Leader of Opposition in Parliament and also appoint the Chairman of COSASE.
